A Hugger Mugger original design, this standard bolster is a handy accessory when performing a variety of yoga routines, particularly restorative and prenatal postures. The bolster comes in an oval shape with curved sides, providing a flat surface for stability and soft edges for comfort. The zippered cover, meanwhile, includes a convenient handle at one end for easy transport. With the Hugger Mugger standard bolster, you'll have a soft, comfortable companion when you perform such poses as seated forward bends, supported back bends, child's pose, and--most satisfyingly--Savasana (corpse pose). The Hugger Mugger standard bolster is used in Yoga Journal's Yoga Practice Series DVDs and Colette Crawford's Prenatal Yoga DVD. The bolster comes in a variety of colors and measures 25 by 6 by 12 inches (W x H x D).

About Hugger Mugger
Hugger Mugger has been known as an innovator of technically advanced yoga products for more than 20 years, serving yoga teachers and students throughout the world. Founded by Sara Chambers, an accomplish woodworker and yoga enthusiast, Hugger Mugger got its start after Sara started developing wooden and fabric tools to help with her practice. Over time, Sara began to develop products for fellow yogis, including the company's Hugger Mugger namesake, the now-famous unisex yoga shorts that include a leg band around the thighs to cover what's underneath. Because the words "hugger mugger" means to conceal, the name fit perfectly. Our YogaAccessories™ Zen Cotton Meditation Pillow is similar to a traditional zafu, but rectangular instead of round! The rectangular shape makes this a versatile yoga prop, useful for meditation, sitting, and reclining poses. Each zen pillow has a sturdy handle sewn tightly on one end. We fill our zen pillows with 100% natural cotton. The filling is densely packed to provide a solid cushion, and yet is soft enough to be comfortable since the zen pillow is made with all natural fibers. The outer cover is made of a sturdy, 100% twill cotton. The zen pillows have a smaller zippered opening, neatly hidden beneath the handle, that can be used to remove the cover and wash it. You can also adjust the amount of stuffing in each zen pillow, thus changing the height and the firmness.
